Charity spends its money Sponsorship of children to attend school in Uganda. The children live in slum areas and are mostly orphaned. The charity also pays for some medical treatment and food parcels for the sponsored children. The Emesco Development foundation is also currently supporting the people of kibaale district Uganda. Nearly 277,000 people's home in the Living in close quarters with poor nutrition, decreased immunity and lack of access to health services has led to a recent dramatic increase in malaria.
